As part of this service, I may incorporate techniques including cupping, targeted stretching or trigger point therapy. To enhance your experience topical applications such as magnesium or pain relief creams, along with cold/warm therapy, may be utilized to maximize your comfort and effectiveness of the session. Trunk and Limbs massage - 60 minutes

Foundations Therapy-60min Custom Therapeutic session using multiple modalities with focus on the lower back hips and legs. During your session I may incorporate gentile stretching, topical pain cream or magnesium as well as warm/cold therapy to further enhance your comfort and results. This service is great for chronic low back hip and leg pain. Trunk & limbs Therapy- 60 min Custom Therapeutic session with focus on the upper back, neck, shoulders, and upper arms. During your session, I may incorporate gentle stretching, pain or magnesium cream, or cold/warm therapy to further enhance your comfort and results. This service is great for chronic neck and shoulder pain. Light to Medium pressure. Roots Therapy- 60 minCustom therapeutic session is for the feet and lower legs that includes a foot soak in Epsom salt to relax the feet and soften the tissues, followed by a therapeutic massage and gentile stretching to the lower legs and feet with custom foot balm lotion. Great for feet with hammer toes, arthritis and chronic foot issues. Light to medium pressures
Branches Therapy- 60 minutes Custom therapeutic session for the hands and forearms that includes Epsom salt compress to relax the hands and soften the tissues, with a therapeutic massage and gentile stretching to the hands, fingers and forearm ending with heated gloves that penetrates heat deep into the joints. Great for hands with, arthritis, trigger fingers or chronic hand and wrist pain. Light to medium pressures Crown Therapy-60 minutes Custom therapeutic session for the face, neck and head using multiple modalities like lymphatic drainage, pressure point therapy and neuromuscular therapy to the face, neck and head. This service is great to reduce rosacea, reduce restrictions in the neck and jaw from TMJ or whiplash that can contribute to headaches. Finish with a scalp massage with pressure point therapy to the sutures of the skull to enhance relaxation, and reduce chronic migraines. Warm or cold therapy applied where appropriate.
